No joke, never saw myself needing let alone wanted to work with a “coach”. Today, I’d say it was one of the best things that I decided to do.. skydiving was the first!
Changing just one thing..taking something away that was not healthy and adding something that was health made a huge difference. I never felt like I lost something. It was always about me, what I liked.. never a push to eat something that I really didn’t want to , or attempt an activity that I totally did not enjoy!
I began ot take challenges, try new things and bring who I wanted to be to the surface! I am always growing, but now I do it with excitement not fear!
